HOLBROOK, NY - July 17, 2009 - Future Tech announces new hire Dianne Cali as the company's Technical Sales Recruiter.
Ms. Cali brings a multitude of experience to Future Tech, previously working at Hedgehog International LLC, Computer Network Solutions, and Robert Half International, Inc. Ms. Cali's most recent position at Hedgehog International was Business Development Manager. She is an effective leader that produces commitment and trust among team members that results in increased levels of team performance and customer satisfaction. In addition, Ms. Cali is a member of several Long Island technology committees and does volunteer work in the community.
Ms. Cali's role at Future Tech is to find qualified technology sales people within the industry and bring them to the company. She will conduct in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their sales and technical qualifications. She will also be building relationships with clients and candidates. Ms. Cali's ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and resources while utilizing good judgment in determining the appropriate course of action are imperative to her responsibilities at this position.
