• Achieves Uptime Institutes TIER IV security, at TIER II standard construction costs (including M.E.P.’s.)
• Seismic – Zone 4a, under worst possible soil conditions.
• Basic commercial product exceeds LEVEL 1 ballistic criteria (unofficial). Manufacturer will customize product to meet all ballistic levels as required.
• Wind speed exposure type D > 100 mph
• Live roof load – 40 lbs p.s.f.
• American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM E119) code for fire resistance – 1800°+ F
• iGuard Armor Panel™ heat transfer allowable 45°F – 90 minutes (surface temperature not to exceed 115°F).
• Achieves Class 125 Enclosure rating at ASTM E-119 temperatures.
• Sound Transfer Coefficient (STC) rating 48.

Notes:
Product Applications are modular and can be reused. Thus, Products are not considered capital expense; lease options (FMV and $1 buy out) are available at monthly payments of as low as $5/sq ft per month.

Product Applications can be installed and decommissioned. Subsequently, Product Applications can be relocated, reconfigured, reinstalled and re-commissioned.

Cold Recycled Air Conditioning (CRAC) – split system recommended.
