Each of our new Inside Sales Representatives has demonstrated a proven track record of revenue growth and consultative client success and share a passion for innovation and excellence. Their diverse skill sets, strategic mindsets, and dedication to collaboration align seamlessly with Future Tech’s core values. Together, they will play a key role in expanding our market presence, streamlining operations, and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Bobby Anderson

Bobby is a determined and results-driven professional with over 30 years of sales experience across diverse sectors, including the public sector, state and local government, commercial, and global sales. He has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios by positioning himself as a trusted advisor, capable of engaging in strategic discussions at the CXO level.

Bobby’s expertise lies in building lasting relationships based on trust, sustainability, and mutual profitability. He excels in cross-functional coordination, managing projects from start to finish, and thrives under pressure in quota-driven environments. As a strategic planner, Bobby has the ability to juggle multiple roles while collaborating with vendor partners to deliver comprehensive, custom-built solutions to clients. Throughout his career, Bobby has successfully managed over $30 million in annual sales, specializing in hardware, software, cloud computing, and enterprise storage.

 

Caleb Bell

Caleb has an impressive track record spanning business development, sales strategy, and account management and brings a wealth of experience and innovative thinking to our team. Caleb’s professional journey includes impactful roles at Phoenix Consulting Group and Dell Technologies, where he drove significant revenue growth, cultivated key partnerships, and excelled in building and managing high-performing teams. As a trusted advisor and accomplished sales strategist, he has consistently delivered results, including enabling 33% annual revenue growth in the SMB segment and achieving recognition for his consultative approach to client success.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude), Caleb is also a Dale Carnegie-trained professional who blends analytical insights with a passion for relationship-building. His dedication to fostering collaboration, streamlining operations, and achieving strategic goals aligns seamlessly with Future Tech’s vision for innovation and excellence. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys weightlifting, most sports, and live music, and he is an active volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club of America.

 

Dominique Drew

Dominique is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in technology sales. She began her career at Dell Technologies as an inside sales representative, and later started on the leadership path being a sales coach and then sales manager. She moved into the field where she was account executive in the Georgia Commercial space. Throughout her tenure, Dominique demonstrated a proven ability to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional results, and delight customers. Her expertise lies in building strong clients and fostering a culture of success within sales organizations.

Dominique is thrilled to bring her experience and leadership skills to the Future Tech team. In her new role, she will focus on scaling and supporting the inside sales representative organization, leveraging her extensive background to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. Dominique is passionate about driving innovation and empowering sales teams to exceed their goals, contributing to Future Tech’s continued success and growth.

 

Matt Raby

Matt joins Future Tech with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals and fostering strong client relationships, Raby brings a wealth of expertise to the organization, poised to drive exceptional results in today’s highly competitive market. He joins Future Tech with a robust background in sales leadership, customer success, and market strategy. Over the course of an impressive career, he has consistently delivered innovative solutions tailored to client needs, enhanced operational efficiencies, and achieved remarkable growth metrics.

Most recently, Matt served as an Account Executive for Lookout Cyber Security, where he played a pivotal role in addressing unique cybersecurity challenges, securing key enterprise deals, and pioneering new customer success initiatives. Prior to that, Matt spent six years at Dell Technologies as Regional Sales Manager and Inside Account Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University, where he cultivated a foundation in strategic communication and analytical thinking.

 

Amanda Randle

Amanda joined Future Tech as an Inside Sales Account Manager, where she will focus on scaling and supporting the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) organization. In her new role, she will leverage her extensive experience in sales, strategy, and go-to-market execution to drive impactful growth and operational excellence. Her dedication to fostering strong customer relationships and her innovative approach to team support make her an exciting addition to the Future Technology Enterprise team.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the fitness, sales, and brand development industries, Amanda has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead and inspire teams. She has a proven track record of success in high-profile roles, including her tenure at Dell, where she managed a multi-million-dollar account for Michigan State University. These experiences have equipped her with the skills to navigate complex markets and deliver exceptional results.

In addition to her professional achievements, Amanda has a passion for personal development and community engagement. She has been a prominent figure in the fitness industry since 2009, as a competitive bodybuilder, personal trainer, and brand representative for Gasp/Better Bodies at international trade shows and events. Her commitment to health and wellness mirrors her dedication to professional growth and success. Amanda is thrilled to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to Future Tech and looks forward to contributing to the continued success and innovation of the ISR organization.
